PREP-OPTIONAL TEAM

This level of gymnastics is a new level that was just started in 2006! It is for our Middle School and High School bound gymnasts. The requirements for this level are the same as the Middle School rules of competition, with a few modifications. These gymnasts train twice weekly to prepare to also compete in the GCGC against other gymnasts of their level and age. This is an optional level of gymnastics, which means gymnasts may have individualized choreography in their routines

Our Cheer and Tumble instructors work with athletes of all age levels to enhance their performance and increase their competitiveness.  This class is for intermediate cheerleaders ages 8 and up and will be working on Round-Off Back Handsprings and other tumbling skills.
